Gold Leaf Group, Inc. has been under local ownership since its founding by owner and CEO Paul Saiz. As the prominent supplier of environmentally sustainable solutions for over 25 years in the Mid-Atlantic region, Gold Leaf Group, Inc. continues to build on our stellar reputation. We offer a wide range of landscape and erosion control services that enable us to perform almost all of the work on our projects in house without the need for sub-contractors. Our wide range of services including paver and retaining wall installations, allow us to specialize in many different areas within landscape contracting thus allowing us to provide a unique approach to difficult conditions. Throughout our many years of experience we have continue to perform more and more types of work on our projects. Our crews have been trained in many types of design and construction yet we have found that dividing our crews based on their specialty enables us to provide the highest level of service to our customers.

About the President:

Paul Saiz is a native of Maryland and current President and CEO of Gold Leaf Group, Inc. Paul attended college at the University of Colorado at Boulder. After graduation Paul returned to Maryland to open and operate Gold Leaf Group, Inc. to foster his lifelong interest in horticulture and environmentally sustainable alternatives for commonly used landscape practices. Paul and his family currently live in Glenwood, Maryland. Paul remains active in the community volunteering his time at youth sporting organizations, local religious groups and environmental organizations. Paul feels strongly about giving back to the community in which he lives and works. Paul has taught landscape construction at the college level and participates in both local and national industry organizations. Paul has been dedicated to the development of key personnel since Gold Leaf Group’s inception as he believes that a knowledgeable well trained staff are essential to the success of the company.
